How to Prepare for your Event Session

Lock in the date: Coordinate and book the session early.
Have a designated person at the event to coordinate with me, especially when there are surprise elements during the session.
Arrive on time: Sessions are time-sensitive, so arriving a little early help everyone feels relaxed and ready.
Confirm the location: Double-check where we’re meeting and allow time for parking or travel.
List your must-have shots: Write down the groupings, timeline, and individual you must have, so nothing is missed. I am thorough with the shooting items but it's always good to know the shots you can't miss ahead of time.
