How to Prepare for Corporate Session

-
Lock in the date: Coordinate early and make sure everyone is available.
-
Set up the shooting spot ahead - choose a room with great lighting/windows and comfortable temperature. Put any clutters away and leave a nice chair for the session. If you'd like outdoor images, try to choose the closest to the office (any backyard would be great as we'll focus on the persons, not the landscape/view).
-
Plan your outfits: Discuss with your team and choose your attire ahead. Avoid busy patterns or large logos that can distract from the photos.
-
Confirm the location: Double-check where we’re meeting and allow time for parking or travel.
-
List your must-have shots: Write down the ideas or poses you’d love to include so nothing is missed.
-
Stay relaxed: Come early and ready to enjoy the experience - natural smiles and candid moments often make the best photos and you'll get approachable feeling from it.
